This Patented Gold Mine has been owned by the same family since the '50s and was formerly in Gold and Silver Production from 1914 - 1942. It is located about 1/2 mile south of the Canadian border in Whatcom County Washington.

There is approximately 75,000 Salvage Tons and an estimated 275,000 Tons south of the workings, totaling 350,000 tons of ore with an average grade of .59 oz. per ton. The weighted average of 119 samples taken in 1987 was .765 oz / ton, so the estimated Gold Reserves could be higher than the 206,500 ounces listed above. A drilling program could prove up even higher gold reserves.
