The Blackwater Project is located approximately. 38 km. north west of Quesnel, BC, and is accessible by paved highway and 2-wheel drive logging roads. It is an amalgamation of 5 titles, 1,373.8 hectares, total area, 12 km. in length.

The exploration target on the property is the extension of the rich Tertiary channel of the Fraser River. The gold in that channel is of a coarse nugget nature, and occurs in a 6' to 10' layer of cemented gravels at the basal conglomerate/bedrock interface. This deposit has historically been mined by dry underground methods, with little or no timbering required due to the tight, cemented nature of the gravel. It represents a rich, shallow ore body with favorable recovery costs.

The size of the basal conglomerate, based upon that known from the Tertiary and Canyon mines is a 6 foot layer 100 to 300 feet wide, with an average Au. grade of 0.1 to 0.2 oz. per yard. This translates to a conservatively estimated 40,000 oz. Au. per linear km. Given these downstream grades, at today's gold prices, an estimated 12 km. of this feature occurring on the Blackwater claim would have a value in excess of $500,000,000.00.

The owners are offering a 2 year option to purchase 50% of these claims for a total investment of $1.13 million CAN with an initial option payment due at signing of only $50,000 CAN.

This is your chance to be 1/2 owner in a Canadian Gold Mine with lots of potential.
