This large oil field contains approximately 9,500 acres with 64 leases, arranged into 14 projects. Average production of 150-175BOPD or $225,000 per month based on 150 BOPD @$50/barrel. 800 total wells with 500 producing and 300 in need of reworking. 15+/-water injection wells. Equipment list includes production equipment only. 85.5% NRI, with 100% working interest.

Additional wells on approximately 1,900 non-drilled acres available can be drilled which can support 190 more wells. The cost to drill a well is approximately $25,000. The cost to rework the 300 wells not currently in production is estimated at $3,000 per well or less depending on what the well needs. A procedure of forcing hot water in the wells can increase the production up to 100 BOPD at a cost of approximately $40,000. Horizontal wells can increase production even more.
