State Mining Permit in place!

FOR SALE

only $400,00 CASH

or...

$500,000 with $150k down

and the balance over 3 years with a 2% NSR royalty on all production

The Santa Maria Property is located in the Eureka Mineral Province of Yavapai County, Arizona. The province is approximately 25 miles in length and extends from the 1 million ton per year Cyprus/Climas "Bagdad" Mine on the north to the Republic "Goldfields" Congress Mine in the south. A new open pit mine is being developed in the Congress area at this time.

The Santa Maria lies between these two mines and values run about .25 opt gold, 42 opt silver and .34 opt copper and includes water rights for mining and domestic use.

The State Mining Permit Is in Place and paid for so all that is needed is a plan of operation to begin mining!

There is a long history of mining in the area and a former Governor of State of Arizona once owned theses claims!

A smelter, the remains of an old stamp mill and many shafts are located near the mine.

The owner wishes to sell this mine now and is asking $400,000 cash. Or he is offering terms: $500,000 with $150k down at signing and the balance over 3 years with a 2% NSR (net smelter returns royalty) on all production.

Either way this is a buy!

He says that if the geologists are only half right there are 80,000 ounces of gold on this property!
