These 3 Trident claims represent one of last of the unmined areas of erosion placer deposits from the famous Rich Hill area. They are are located on approximately 80 acres in central Arizona, about | 45 miles south of the city of Prescott, and 10 miles east of the city of Congress. The claims are near a highway and fully accessible on County maintained gravel roads that go to the site. Water will be available from two wells that already exist on the property, and seasonal creek water.

With an average gold ore value of $29 per yard, and the presence of large nuggets and jewelry quality gold, make this a very attractive placer listing. Even after mining costs were deducted, a 100 yard per hour plant running only one 8 hour shift could easily produce a pre tax net profit of $20,000 per day (based on $900 per ounce gold). In a 24 day month this could add up to about one half million dollars a month in pretax profit!

Production Analysis: The average ore value is $29 per yard at $900 per ounce. Average mining costs are $4, environmental and reclamation costs $1, and contingency and other costs $1. This leaves an average net profit of $21 per yard at melt value or $26.35 per yard with the jewelry premium. At 100 yards per hour, the operation should yield a net profit $21,080 per 8 hour shift. A double shift operation should yield a net profit of $42,160 per day. Running the double shift 24 days per month should yield a net profit of $1,001,840 per month. Assuming about 11 months of actual operation, the annual net profit should be $11,130,240.

Ore Reserves: Trident has been tested by a wide range of independent professional geologists and corporate mineral interests. Extensive documentation is available for review, and testing clearly justifies the proven ore calculations of US $58 Million @ $900 per ounce. Probable reserves are double that or $116 Million. An additional 10 million yards of ore is estimated at the site for a 11 total PP&E of $348,000. Much of this will be jewelry gold and large nuggets and when this is considered added the total ore reserves total $435 million.

History: The Rich Hill placers were discovered by a party of prospectors led by Captain Pauline Weaver in 1863. Immense excitement and intense mining activity followed the discovery. Within 3 months, $108,000 in gold ($18/oz) ranging in size from a pinhead to large nuggets the size of potatoes and worth hundreds of dollars was recovered, and within 5 years, $500,000 in placer gold was recovered. By 1883, about $1 Million in placer gold was recovered. These 3 Trident claims represent one of last of the unmined areas of erosion placer deposits from Rich Hill.

Permitting: There are no anticipated impediments to BLM permitting and the Permitting Process is underway..
