The Warren Gold Claims are located in the Warren Gold Mining District near the town of Warren, Idaho. Historically this Mining District has produced silver up to 9,500 ounces per ton! The area's Little Giant Vein gold ore was displayed at international exhibitions and won premium awards. An ore specimen as large as a mans body was sent to the Boise Stock Exchange in 1896 which assayed $11,155/ton (892 oz/ gold per ton@$12.50 oz). According to published USGS reports this vein averaged 5.6 oz gold and 30 oz silver per ton.

The Warren Gold Claims are approximately 780 acres of placer claims. According to assay reports these mines are very rich.

*One mining company estimated the total mineral reserves on these claims to be $78 Billion but more work needs to be done to actually prove up the value of these metal and mineral reserves.

The discovery of gold caused the Idaho territory to be established in 1863. As the gold deposits began to disappear, the search for other minerals began. By the late 1800s silver, lead and zinc deposits were uncovered in the Coeur d'Alene area. This area has become known as one of the world's richest mineral areas. Idaho today produces the most newly mined silver in the nation. Almost 45 percent of all silver mined in the United States comes from Idaho. Although Idaho produces little gold, the United States Bureau of Mines says that Idaho has more mineable gold than any other State!

While Warren is frequently listed as a Ghost Town, it has never been without a resident population since James Warren discovered gold on Warren Creek in 1862. It is the 5th oldest town in Idaho and was once the County Seat for Idaho County. The current population is about 12-16 hardy individuals year around and 45-50 people during the summer months.

The Warren Gold Claims are being offered for sale at $15 million with possible owner terms. Anyone who knows anything about mining would agree that this is a buy!
