This huge oil and gas field (in new West Kansas oil boom area) consist of 40,000 acres comprised of 115 oil and gas leases covering 13 counties. All of these (non-drilled) leases lie directly between and on trend with the most prolific oil fields in Kansas. These blocks of leases were painstakingly put together after thousands of hours of research.

Along with these prime leases is a 100' Lee C Moore fully equipped drilling rig with U-34 drawworks and 5,000' of drill pipe. This offering is 75% NRI, which is 100% working interest. The team who put this project together has an extensive background in oil exploration and development in Kansas. They drilled approximately 600 wells in Eastern Kansas with an estimated success rate of over 90°. This team is willing to share their expertise with the buyer on a consultant hasis. Not only do they know the area, they have crews available to run the drilling rigs and build the oil field. 100 BOPD wells are common place in the leased area. Several wells in the area are in the 300-500 BOPD range and produce at that level for 2-3 years. Just one 100 BOPD well will gross over $2,000,000 per year at $60/barrel oil.
