This gold mine claim is located about 8 miles SW of Hailey, Idaho, in Southeastern, Idaho. This gold mine is in God's country, the mine itself is nestled in amongst mountain peaks reaching out to the heavens.

This is a sulfide ore mine so it requires leaching or roasting if the ore is processed on site.

There is a hanging wall of ore exposed about 300" into tunnel, ready to break loose & bring to the surface.

They have worked the mine year round for the past 5 years and we have a approved plan of operation so we can handily mine underground without additional permit, at least on a small scale. Also, we have surface rights.

They find it necessary to concentrate the ore because it is hard to average better than a 1/2 ounce per ton on head ore. We shipped ore to Asarco Smelter in E. Helena Mont. but they closed and we haven't pursued a new market.

Assay varies between a 1/2 ounce and 7 ounces per ton. The vein in the tunnel varies from 4" wide to 3' in width and is visible on the surface for several hundred feet.

Setup for processing ore includes an Ellis ball mill on-site, an Impact sluice table and a Reikert Spiral. A regular shaker table would increase production. They can include the equipment & several thousand board ft. of mining timbers if it fits your needs.

Financing and terms on sale or lease arrangements can be made. Stock, mortgage, partial trade for equipment can all be negotiated into the downpayment financing terms. We suggest $50,000 for a downpayment + royalties. The deal will include two 20 acre claims. More of our claims could be added into the deal. We do have negotiable into the deal approx. 250 tons of 2oz. assayed gold ore to get your cash flow moving in a matter of a few days. That's $160, 000 on the grounds that can be milled right now, that can be negotiated into the deal. They can take a higher royalty and give you more of the front money. Everything is negotiable.
